This coffee comes from the very southern end of the yirgacheffe region in a district called Gedeb. This lot unitizes the unusual step of greenhouse drying which extends the drying time by about a week. The result is an immensely unique flavor profile, at once reminiscent of iconic Yirgacheffe flavors and yet clearly something distinctive. The cup is fruit forward with berry notes and stone fruits in harmonious composition.
